Carte blanche for illustrating the coffee roasting process in the Goodlife Coffee roastery in Savigny, in the hills of Lausanne.
From selected South American and African farms to Swiss cups. In 5 days, the fresh coffee beans go from green to finely roasted, and from raw bags to customized packing and shipping. To align my techniques with this meticulous and artisanal work, I chose to realize this painting only with brushes and white acrylic on blackboards to illustrate the journey and the transformation of these fine-tuned coffee beans.
